Summit Privacy Group Private review

Website privacy notice

Your information should be handled carefully.

This notice explains the limited information Summit Privacy Group LLC receives through this public website and how it is used.

Effective date: October 4, 2026

Please do not submit sensitive identity information through the public website. Do not send an exact home address, Social Security number, date of birth, account credentials, identity documents, financial account information, medical records, or detailed legal information.

Information you choose to provide

If you request a consultation, the site may collect your name, email address, telephone number, general area of interest, and a brief message. Summit uses that information to review and respond to your request, determine whether its services may fit your needs, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate business records.

Technical information

The hosting and security infrastructure may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. Summit does not use the public site for invasive behavioral advertising or session replay.

Security and news sources

The Privacy Watch section retrieves public headlines through Summit's server from labeled publishers. Visiting the Summit page does not require your browser to connect directly to those publishers. If you choose an external headline, the destination publisher receives information according to its own privacy practices.

How information is shared

Summit does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, security, communications, or request delivery; when required by law; or when reasonably necessary to protect Summit, its clients, or others. Service providers are expected to use information only for the services they perform.

Retention

Website inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and protect the service. A separate signed agreement governs information collected if you become a client.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through the website, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask Summit not to contact you further.

Contact

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@summitprivacygroup.com or made by calling 435.703.4825.

Updates

This notice may change as the website or Summit's practices change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised notice is published.
